HELP! Frames work, but target is messed up!

Then:

1. Scroll down to at least the middle of the page.
2. Click to select a book.

The new page opens, but it won't scroll up to the top of
the frame. PLEASE HELP! Thanks, Susan

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but the link in my web site is
for a Powell store. So the link is to the store, not to
any individual book within it. So I can't modify any
individual target book's link.

If I'm misunderstanding, please let me know.
