Help fwith formula

Hi,
I wonder if someone can help me i have the following workbook and
what i want to do is:
TRFBCH IATRB4 TRFSHP01
7327131 LB 10
7327131 LW 39
7327131 MB 29
7327131 MW 49
7327131 SB 14
7327131 SW 10
7355145 LB 3
7355145 LW 17
7355145 MB 13
7355145 MW 14
7355145 SB 2
7355145 SW 5

On trfbch number 732131 i want to the know the trfshp01 total of LB,LW
and then MB,MW,SB,SW, and when there is a diiferent trfbch number a new
total is created , the same as above

Your help will be appreciated

Do Data>Subtotals, breaking on TRFBCH, summing TRFSHP01

You can create a unique list of TRFBCH entries by copying the column
(including heading) to a new sheet and applying Data | Filter |
Advanced Filter, choosing to Filter in place and selecting Unique
records only. You can then copy this list of unique values back to the
original sheet - eg starting at L1.

In M2 you can then enter this formula:

=SUMIF(A$2:A$100,L2,C$2:C$100)

and copy this down next to your list of unique values. This assumes
that your table is in columns A to C and that it goes down to row 100 -
adjust to suit. Put a heading like "Totals" in M1.
