Muli-Project Projector

For some painful reason, despite my changing the date range, the page range
and multiple other factors in an attempt to only print a portion of the Gantt
Chart -- either Project continues to try to PRINT EVERYTHING.........
ARRRGGG! I don't want all 90 pages just 4....

I am printing through a network, but even when I try to print to a pdf - it
still sends everything. HELP!

Project prints down, then across (essentially one window at a time). So the
print matrix will look like this for a six page project (assuming there are
two pages of tasks and a wide time scale)
1 3 5
2 4 6

Pages 1 and 2 will be the tasks (and early schedule dates); pages 3 through
6 will be the time scaled data.

File Print... Using a combination of the Page Range and the Date Range, you
should be able to get exactly what you wish.

There is also the option File/Page Setup... where you may direct project to
print your entire masterpiece on "x" pages wide by "y" pages tall. As you
implied, it is best to test this on PDF prior to cutting down the forest for
paper.

Often times, I find it most convenient to set the paper size to 11x17 inches
(or A3 for our ISO Metric friends) and print 1 pages wide by "y" pages tall.
It gets most everything on one page wide and it hangs nicely on the wall.
