HELP! Headers don't show when saving Powerpoint in pdf

HELP! I've stumped by an issue that I thought an expert might know the
answer to.

I'm trying to save Powerpoint handout as a pdf but the headers and footers
don't show when saved as a pdf... they show just fine otherwise, and when I
print on my printer. Does ANYONE on this planet know any reason why?

I've tried to find this answer at Microsoft's site (and elsewhere online)
with no luck.

Thank you VERY much!

Hi Lindsay,

My guess would be that you adjusted the header and footer information on the
slide master instead of the handout master. Check to make sure the
information was entered on the correct master.
View => Masters => Handout Master, View => Header and footer ...

When I used the print to PDF function just now, the information showed as
intended.

Hi Bill...

You're RIGHT ON THE MONEY! Thanks so much! I would have searched for that
for days. :) I appreciate the time you took to answer my plea.

Hi Steve...

Seems like I used the wrong Master for headers. Let me try that first, and
if "no go", I'll next try your suggestion.

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer my plea! :)

Hi Again Steve,

Seems that you were 100% correct. I did use the correct master afterall,
but the fields were outside of the "range" for Acrobat--just like you said!
Thanks so much for your assistance! <handshake>
