Hi All,

Need help in formulae..

I have one master sheet , In which one tab is contain name , Id etc,, and
reason of leaving organisation and in another tab I have to show no. of
person leaving for this reason ..
for e.g ABC left for better opportunity , so headcount of better
opportunity = 1
