HELP! How do I check for office updates

When I click on "check for free updates" (Top RH Corner) the same page
reloads.
No scan, no explanation.
Infuriating ...as usual.

Not sure if you have already tried this. Try this link. Upper right hand
corner has link that will start Office Update. Hope this helps.

On that page that you supplied the link and just under downloads is all the info and tools that you need to check for your updates
