Hi,
I'm trying to create a newsletter with images and links to different sites.
I created one with word 2008 by using one of the templates available and I want to send it through entourage as html and not as an attachment...
I would like my subscribers to receive the newsletter with all the images and links without having to open an attachment.
However, I only have the option (in word 2008) to send to mail recipient (as attachment) and not the option to send it as html. I do have that option when it is just a simple word document but not when it is a newsletter or brochure etc.
Is there a way of sending a newsletter as html? Or can it only be sent as an attachment?
Thank you in advance!!

File > Send To> Mail Recipient (as HTML)

Entourage must be your default email program for this to work.

Thanks for your reply!
Entourage is my default email programme but when I go to File > Send To> the only option that comes up is Mail Recipient (as attachment).

I tried to do the same thing (with a different template) with Word 2004 on another computer and that option ( Mail Recipient as HTML) does come up but not with mine with office 2008.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

That seems to indicate that Entourage is not defined as your default e-mail
application. Go to Entourage>Preferences, General and click on the big
button that reads "Set Entourage to be my default e-mail client". Once
you've done that, quit and restart Word and see if it works now.

Thank you for your help.
I followed your instructions and it still doesn't work. I even tried to send to Mail Recipient (as attachment) and it opens Entourage which means that it is set as my default e-mail application.
Is there anything else I could do?
Thank you in advance.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
I would really appreciate some help.
Thank you.
