HELP! how to turn off synchronization log messages?!

I have outlook XP on win2k, and my deleted items folder is being
filled by "synchronization log" messages at the rate of 1 per minute.

Where is a setting in outlook where I can disable/change that?

Rather than trying to turn off the symptom, perhaps you should look at the
logs to see what the problem is?
