HELP!! I accidentally deleted a folder I need. . .

I was cleaning up a long list of folders, and accidentally
deleted a REALLY important one, that had a bunch in it.
Can anyone tell me how I can recover them? They were
extremely important ones!!

Any help would be appreciated!!

Cleared your Deleted Items folder already? If not they will appear as a
subfolder of Deleted Items
