HELP!!! I do not have permissions to read a data base in Access

Hello...

I need some aid or idea that allows to solve a problem me...

I have a traditional application in Visual BASIC that connects to a data
base Access...

Then... of a day for another one and without mediating provocation some...

I cannot be connected to the data base... not even to read the
registries.... when I make a SELECT or attempt open the data base says to
me: "any registry cannot be read. The table 'nnn' does not have permission
for READ ".

Please... I need aid....

I have tried to tie it from another data base, to read it from SQL Server,
to load it to Excel, etc... nothing works.... really, NOT that to do...
