Help...I have dots !!

these paragraph symbols have appeared in my compose email in Outlook. When I
type there is a dot between each word. Not a period, but in the middle
vertically.

HOW DO I MAKE ALL THIS GO AWAY....!!!????

Did you try?

Ctrl+Shift+8 is the shortcut to toggle show all marks - this includes the
paragraph mark and dots that mark spaces. It works in all versions. If you
prefer the long method, you'll need to tell us your version of Outlook and
if you use the outlook editor or word.
