I had bought a computer and a laptop. They both came with a 60 day trial
version. I entered the product key for my laptop first about a month ago. I
recently entered the same product key into my computer. I could not find the
product key that came with my computer. However, since the product key was
previously used, it does not work. I found my computer box and the product
key that comes with my computer but when I go to enter the product key in,
the program does not let me enter in the product key, it just goes directly
to the screen that says my product key is invalid. How do I reset so that I
can enter in my valid product key? Please advise.
