Help importing address book from Outlook Express 6 into Ourtlook Express 6

I just changed computers...before I did, I exported my
address book. Now When I try to import the address book
back into Outlook Express 6 (which was the identical
program I exported it from), I get this message:

"an error occured during the import process. Import
cannot be completed"

How do I get my address book back??!!
