Help in a Data base to track Daily production.

I was asked to develop a DB to track the Daily Production with Loss time and
Defects by line.

Here is all datas what needs to be stored, please check if you can help
about how the relationship must be created, if you have an example it should
be better.


Line: 7 Date: 9/5 Shift: 1st

Time: WO: Qty HeadCount Lost Time:
7:00 to 8:00 125401 10 9 SetUp: 10 Min
125405 15 Lunch: 15 Min
125406 15 this WO had:
Defects Code:
Incorrect End = 1
Assembly Inc = 3
Heat sink Dam =2



Time: WO: Qty HeadCount Lost Time:
8:00 to 9:00 125402 10 8 SetUp: 5 Min
125407 15 this WO had:
125408 15
Defects Code:
Incorrect End = 1
Assembly Inc = 2
Heat sink Dam =4

You left out a big part of the equation. How are you going to use the data
once it is stored? Is 'Line 7' a product type? Is the second set of data
also 'Line 7' or a different line? If 'Line 7' then why additional setup
time? Why different head count for same line? How are you going to use the
head count data?

Who takes lunch 7:00 to 8:00?

here are the answers:
1. These datas will be calculate by Lines , per day, per rate (based in the
WO information), per head count, per defects, per loss time.

2. Line 7 is the Line number, and I have 25 production Lines .

3. The second set of datas is for the same Line but on different hour.

4. Addition Set Up is just an example in how every hour may have some Loss
time.

5. The line must contain 9 Head count, but somebody got time off work, then
the rate must be modified.

6. I think nobody take a lunch between 7 ~ 8 but it's an example in how
every hour may loss time.
