Help in accessing Webcasts

For last Monday's webcast, I experienced a 15 minute delay in receving my
Microsoft Passport Login code by email. This morning, I went back to review
the "On-demand" version of the webcast and it has been 30 minutes and I
still have not received the Passport login code. Is anyone else experiencing
such poor service? What can be done?

There have been problems with some of the on-demand webcasts recently,
since the system was "improved". Unfortunately, it has resulted in the
kind of problem you have experienced.

I have experienced similar difficulties. Trying again is probably the
best suggestion I can make at the moment.
