Help in office

I installed office 2007 enterprise. My problem is that whenever I want to use
the help offline and I search for anything it comes up with codes and cant
search for any help. Please Help!!!!!

It sounds like the installation wasn't completely successful. I would try
repairing.

Hi Art & Herb,

It sounds like you've got the same problem as I have, Art. When I access
Word 2007 or PowerPoint 2007 Help offline (preloaded on an Acer laptop in
Vista Home Premium), it comes up with HTML source code; and if I search it,
it just gives me more HTML source code. However, if I click on individual
chapters it comes up with the contents of that chapter okay. If I'm able to
go on-line, the help and searching all work fine. Please let me know whether
repairing or re-installing did the trick...
