Help in Word

Help! I have Office 2003 Professional. Everytime I open Word, I get two
messages about converting a file: 1) SFMaker.dot and 2) Salmapp.dot. How do I
get rid of those? It is driving me crazy! Thanks

Yes, but I couldn't figure out how to get to the right folder. In any case, a
technician at Dell support, helped me, even though it took him about 40 min.
to do it (after I waited over an hour being shuffled from one extension to
another)!

Help us help others. Was the final fix made by you deleting
the normal.dot file and allowing Word to recreate it?
