I am having a problem with Excel 2002 and Access 2000 on a
W2k workstation. The help index is unavailable for a
regular EU, until someone with admin right logs in, and
activates the help index. However this is only a temporary
fix as it reverts back to no help index for the EU after a
few days. I have tries uping the right that the users on
the worksation have but this hasn't helped. I have checked
the install on the PC and made sure that Office XP is at
the current SP level. Any suggestions or ideas would be
greatly appreciated.
