Help: Install Microsoft Office in Domain

I installed the Office 2000 in a local machine using power user (its
been setup in both domain and local). There's no problem with the
installation. But after the installation, I login as a domain user, I
a can not use the Office. All the short cuts in the start -> program
are gone. i can use them if I login as domain power user or admin. I
am pretty sure its something related to security but i can not find
out what to do.
Environment: Windows 2003 Server as the Domain Controller (+DHCP
......). All clients are W2K PRO.
