I just installed Office 2003 Professional on a Windows 2000 Pro PC. My
Windows 2000 Pro installation is completely up to date with service
packs and updates. I am attempting to get Office 2003 completely up to
date by installing the required updates. When I click help, about,
check for updates, several required updates are available. When I try
to install the updates, it asks me for the location of DATA2.msi or
MSBCM.msi. I have searched for the files and they do not exist on my
hard drive. I get this problem whether I try to install the updates as
a group, or individually. The updates will not install without these
missing files.
How do I proceed to install the required updates?
