help is blank

Hi,

I have office 2003 basic and window XP home sp2. I probably lost my keys in
the registery because after selecting a subject the help window turns up
blank. Does anyone knows the setting for the keys in the registery?

Hi Mary,

Thks for your input. But it didn't work.

Investigating the site a bit more I came across some other site which had
the next program which did help.

MJ's Diagnostics is a small utility that reports if all the HTML Help
runtime DLLs are installed and registered correctly. If a DLL is not
registered then it will ask if you want to register it. It also checks the
RoboHelp DLL (HHActiveX.dll) and MS Help 2 DLLs.

Security patch settings.
