HELP! Layers on multiple pages HELP!

Does anyone know how to assign layers to multiple pages without having to set
them up each time?

I really need the pages to link together with all of the same symbols used
on each page together on one layer.

Anyone have any ideas?

unfortunately there are only two solutions, manually or via code when it
comes to assigning layers to pages. The issue of linking pages together is a
lot more complex.

Alternatively, Assign them on one page, then Assign them all to a simple
shape.
Copy or move the shape to the other pages, and all of the layers will be
copied too.
