When using Help in Access 2000, the links generate a popup:
VBScript saying that either my security settings are too high or Ouactrl.ocx
did not install correctly. I tried to go to install programs and reinstall
the ActiveX but can't find anything regarding that or Ouactrl.
Appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks
