HELP Locked &not responding-Frozen on messageHELP!!

Hello
I really need help!! I had an incoming message and for
whatever reason outlook is just stucked on this message
that does not appear on the window (set as show mesages
panel) the timer is just on and on and I can't do
anything- on top of the windows it says outlook is not
responding. The error message when I force outlook to
close outlook says it's not responding and details are as
follow: Thank you for any help on what i should do.
