HELP - locked out of local after installing IE7 RC1

When I try to open http://localweb/ I am asked for my user name/password -
It's never happened before (Over 2 years) and what I recall as the possible
password dies not work!!

Can't recall how to get past IIS?

XP Pro SP2 with all updates.
