Help, lost my mail

We have a domain server that crashed last week, I have
pop3 email on a isp server on the internet. When they put
the domain server up again they changed the domain name
and everyone got a new profile. How do I recover messages
and contacts from my last outlook 2002 install? Where are
the files stored?

The same thing has happened at my work and I've got several users
without a week of email!!!

What is "the same thing"? If you have a problem, you have to post enough
information that someone has a chance of helping you. You need to post your
Outlook version, the type of account, whether your delivery location is an
Exchange server or PST, and exactly what symptoms you have, including the
exact text of any errors that display.
