Now I have a wired problem. When I try to preview the form, the Send to
recipient button is greyed out!!! so essentially I cannot send out the form.
I check the form option on Open and Save category, they are all checked like
send to mail recipient. E-mail attachments options are also all checked. this
was working for the past several days, all of a sudden, this Send to email
recipient is greyed out!!!
