my infopath form has code. It asked my customer to insert smart card. Can you
help me to solve it?

You need to give permissions while opening a Full trusted form.

Code is not your issues to asking permissions.

Hi Zhen/Anuma - Were you able to find a solution? I'm facing the same issue
when opening my infopath form in 2010. I have a data connection that connects
to a SQL server database/table.

Any help is much appreciated
