Help! My new password isn't being recognized!

Hi. Often times other people use my computer, and someone (perhaps a young
one, at least I hope) thought it would be funny to change the YEAR on my
computer clock - so all of my emails were going out with 2004 on it.
Anyway, I changed the password so that only I could use it - both the Admin
account and my personal one. I used the same password for both, and the same
clue (which in retrospect may be the problem/wasn't a good idea). I can not
get onto my personal account, but NOT the Admin account where I have some
imp. docs. The thing is, the comp. remembers my clue, but NOT the password,
of which I am positive. Would it have reverted to the original?? What can I
do now?!??!
Thank you! - Rachael

Dian-
Thanks for the link - I will try this. But I have the MS Office Standard
Edition 2003 CD - is that the same as the Windows XP CD? Will it work the
same?

No...Office is an application suite that works "on top" of
Windows...which is the operating system. You'll see your Windows,
OPERATING SYSTEM CDs.

What version of Windows are you running?

You should have received backup CDs when you purchases your computer
or they are the CDs you used to install Windows if you upgraded.
Office has nothing to do with Windows other than needing it to run.

don't know why it happened...but I have a new password, and I'm set. Have a
GREAT weekend! :)
