HELP! my outlook is adding strange. press space bar and it turns into " ... "

this weird thing happend, I don't know what I had press, but whenever I reply EMail, it always has this reverse "P" sign and also if I press spacebar it turns into " ..... " please help!!

Not an Outlook question. You're using Word. You have the viewing of
formatting marks enabled. Press Shift-Ctrl-8 to hide them.
