Help! My Outlook is not working.

Hi:

This moring I install an Outlook extension for The google toolbar. It
caused my Outlook to start messing up. Now it says it downloaded the
messages but when I go to the Inbox it doesn't show the new messages.
How do I fix this? Steps I've taken that have failed are an unintall
of the google toolbar with reboot, system restore and a reintall. I
have Norton 2009 Internet Security installed. TIA
