Help-Need mail not outlook to be my only e-mail program

Well, Microsoft did it again with Vista....how can I make Mail my only e-mail
program & not Outlook?? You get use to one OS & then comes along another to
learn all over again...When will the stop??

By un-installing Outlook, perhaps?

Unless YOU installed it or purchased your PC with a trial version of Office
installed, it won't be there. If you didn't want office, why didn't you
tell the vendor to leave it out when you ordered your PC?

When you finally learn to stop changing operating systems when you have
no need to do so. YOU chose to change to another version of the
operating system. You do know what "version" means, right? Versions
only exist when there has been some change in a product.
