Using Powerpoint 2003. XP SP1.
I have a presentation with an embedded web browser (Microsoft Web Browser)
control pointing to a local web page. When I load the file, I get prompted to
run the activex web control.
"This application is about to initialize ActiveX controls that might be
unsafe..."
Q: How do I get Powerpoint to accept the control without the prompt? That
is, I want to bypass the manual confirmation so I can automatically run the
presentation. My objective is to load the presentation from a startup script
each day so it runs unattended. Any ideas?
PS - when I used a freeware add-in to do add the control, I got the same
prompt.
Thanks in advance!
