Help Needed For Character "&"

I am trying To Use Characher & in Lable but it does not show on form or
report.

example: Bristol & Bob Co.

when i run the report or form it shows as follows:

Bristol_Bob Co

 

[Arvin Meyer [MVP]]

Use:

Bristol && Bob Co.

A single ampersand in a lable show up as an underline of the next character.
