Help needed on positioning doors on walls.

Hi!

I am trying to layout a floor plan without worrying first
about exact dimesions, just getting the floor elements as
close to the ideal as possible. The problem is everytime I
try to put a door on a wall that is near an adjacent wall,
the door will always snap to the adjacent wall.

I tried nudging the door by the arrow keys and even
turning off the snap and glue and using guidelines but to
no avail. It will always go to the other wall when I
release the left mouse key.

How do I make the door position to the wall I intend it
to, and stay there?
