Help needed to distribute package

I am ready with my application and I need to distribute package to my users.
I have developed my application in Access 2002 (Office XP?). But this is not
developer version? Should I need developer version to create package? Is
access 2002 developer version availabe or do I have to buy office developer?
Please help.

You will need to purchase Office XP Developer in order to package a runtime
version of ACCESS that can be installed on clients' computers so that they
can run your program.
