help needed to format heading and image below it

I am having small problem here is a link to the document I am creating

the problem is below heading 2 there is an image and there is a lot of space below heading 2 and I am unable to understand how to remove that space.

what exactly should I do to get rid of this blank space.

Without being able to see the document properly in order to see what formatting you have applied to your document it is impossible to see what your issue may be.
