Help needed with conditional formatting

Hi once again to all of you.I am here with one more problem related t
conditional formatting.I have uploaded my file in this lin

I had set some formatting to column B with some formattin.But m
problem is that, that if i dont enter anything in column C the colo
remains the same in the column B. But i need that if column C is blan
then column B must be without color.Please help me soon.
