Help needed with the last hurdle on this project

Hi

I've finally reached the limits of my Excel knowledge (what littl
there was) and need some help to complete my project.

What's missing now is some automation to make what I need to do a lo
more user friendly.

My problem (for anyone generous enough to tackle it) is posted below.
It's a lot of text but it's the most concise way of explaining what
want to be able to do.

I've attached a file with the Excel work as far as I have been able t
do.

Thanks to anyone who gives this a crack - it's very much appreciated.

PART 1

Take the data from Column A and Column H from worksheet "Most Recen
Activity Date" (EXCLUDING the cell at the bottom of Column A whic
reads "Grand Total"). Paste this data onto the worksheet "Combined R&
Table" in columns A & B.


PART 2

Take the data from Column B in the worksheet Total Activity and past
it into Column C of the worksheet "Combined R&F Table".



PART 3

In the Worksheet "Combined R&F Table" highlight all of the dat
(EXCLUDING THE HEADINGS IN ROW 1) and sort the data in descendin
order.


PART 4

Divide the total number of unique ID Numbers in Column A by 5, whic
will give you 5 equal sections. Now the first 'section' (or fifth
needs to have a '5' put next to them in Column F, the next fifth a '4
and so on until you get to the final fifth which is labelled with
'1'. These numbers need to be placed in Column D.


PART 5

Repeat PART 3 MAKING SURE to highlight the new data in Column D.


PART 6

Repeat PART 4. These numbers need to be placed in Column E.


PART 7

Insert > Function > Select "Concatenate" function > Text1=d2
Text2=e2

Copy this formula down to the last set of data
