Hell all i hope someone can help here and i hope i can explain thing

Righ here goes
I have a table
GCC Board Sits 23 (2006) 24 (2007) 25 (2008) 26 (2009)
Feb-06 Feb-07 Feb-08 Feb-09
Sub Sgt on or before 31/03/2003 31/03/2004 31/03/2005 31/03/2006
And ROD after 31/07/2013 31/07/2014 31/07/2015 31/07/2016
What i am trying to do is enter an ROD date in a cell which will giv
me the Sub Sgt date this is the ROD date minus 10 years 4 months. Onc
this has been calculated I wanted the cell next to it to tell me wha
GCC Board sits i.e. 23
have tried the hlookup but just keep getting the N/A error
has anybody any ideas please, and i hope i have explained thi
correctly.
