Help not available

Office 2007 help system now by default search the internet. But even when
connected to the internet, the helop screen responds: "this page is not
available". It seems that it cannot find the location of help content in the
nternet.
Anyone has seen that (very annoying) problem before?

Probably not anything you can change from within Office, because it is
usually caused by your antivirus or firewall software blocking Word or
Excel or whatever Office application from accessing the internet.

I don't think the firewall is not really the issue. This problem occurs even
when I switch to offline or if I desactivate the firewall.

But the plot thickens... I just installed SP1 and now I have no help screen
at all. ( before it was saying "this page is not available" not the page is
simply blank)

This must be a glitch in Ms-office....
