I have Office 2007 Home and Student edition and Outlook 2007 that I purcased
separately. I am taking word 2007 and Excel 2007 classes and the assignment
involved in using help. When I click on help icon it opens but when I type
the subject for search and enter or click search, nothing happens. Also none
of the hyper link in contents work. I tried repair using the program CD but
it didn't fix it. How do I fix tis? Do I need to download something? I do
have Office 2003 trial version that came pre-installed in my computer that I
never activated. I tried removing it in case this is causing the problem but
I'm unable to remove. I get the error message "This patch package could not
be opened". Any suggestion on how I can get Office help to work?
