Help: Office 2003 Blue Screens

Hi

I have just installed Office 2003 and when exiting any of the office
applications my PC blue screens with the following message

STOP: 0x00000050 .......
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I am running Windows 2000 SP4 and have been running Office 2000 with no
problems and also run Visual studio 2003 with no problems.

Has any body got any idea about how I can resolve this.
