Help - OfficeXP is asking for Activation

Just opened Word, Outlook, and Excel today, and they asks for product
activation. I used it yesterday without any problems.
I cannot get the programs to activate with the wizard.
I have Activated and used OfficeXP since it's release.
No major changes have been done to warrant the Wizard to appear now.
Only OfficeXP SP2 patch and security updates, but none lately.

I tried to uninstall, setup, or repair OfficeXP with the CD in the drive,
but I get a windows installer message,
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify the patch package exists
and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that
this is
a valid Windows installer patch package."

Any help would be appreciated
