Help on creating school records

Hello,

How do I go about creating a database where so that when a student wants to
register for a class, a list of dates offered for the class can be shown and
selected. Also, what is the easiest way of recording the classes, so that if
the dates needs to be changed or cancel, it can be done so easily.
