Help. On-line help not working on customized menu

Hi,

I input the correct HelpFile and HelpContextID (the same
helpfile and context ID works beautifully in Form and
Report) in Customize dialog for the menu (toolbar). But
after I click F1 on that menu through runtime MS Access
97, it keeps giving me error message "The select item is
customized and doesn't have context-sensitive Help.". I
couldn't think of anything wrong. Please help or point out
any possible places I could make mistakes. Thanks a lot in
advance.
