Help! On site and desperate - ADD-IN

Green on add-in deployment

I have a simple xl 2007 add-in written in vs 2008(vb) and deployed by
clickonce to a network fileshare.

The add in loads on my development XP machine, and loads on network
Vista machines (well one anyway) but other xp machines give the
'runtime error add in not loaded message' - what can I do, do I need
to use caspol if so on what file to use \\networkshare\addin.vsto ?

Help would be appreciated...

All fixed,
Download the Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Office System Power
Tools v1.0.0.0
found out the clients original installation was missing the .net
office support, 7 hors of frustration over a simple issue....
