I've recently upgraded from win2k to winxp and have developed an issue
with Outlook 2003 and Neo Pro. I've turned on logging in outlook and
also Neo but to no avail....there is no error message that even gives a
hint at what my problem is or what the cause is.
Outlook 2003 version is 11.6359.6360 SP1
Neo Pro is the latest from www.emailorangiser.com
Now for my problem. Whenever I attempt to create a new message in
Outlook and want to drop a message from Neo into that message ie. embed
a message I get the error "Cannot create attachments. The messaging
interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists,
restart Outlook".
Now I've spent ages searching the net so I've tried the following so far.
1. fixmapi.exe - resulted in no change
2. new profile - resulted in no change
3. uninstall and reinstall outlook - no change
When the error occurs neither Neo or Outlook log any errors, all I get
is the popup.
To prove this all works I installed Neo on another machine and the task
above works flawlessly.
I'm running out of options.....hoping someone with more knowledge can at
least help....even get an error in outlooks logs would be nice
