help!!! outlook not working (only for one user...)

M

mad

my husband and I share the home pc logging in with
different user names at startup.
for some strange reason, while my outlook work perfectly
well, his side started two day ago to act up.
as he tries to open the program the error message

"impossible to display the folder, impossible to access
the specified path for the folder. impossible to find the
file DLL of information service. impossible to load the
information service PSTPRX.DLL. ensure the service is
installed and correctly configured" (please forgive me as
this is a litleral translation - our system is in italian.

the strange thin is that we naver changed any settings
and all was working well up until two days ago. (we have
Windows xp and office xp with front page -2002)
we tried reinstalling the whole office package but didn't
work, and also the "add new email account" command is not
in the Tools menu. basically it doesn't work!

anybody can give us a hand?

please?

thanks much!!

You should create a new profile (do not copy it);
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

To access your current pst-file in the new profile;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

To set it as the default delivery location;
Tools-> E-mail Accounts...-> button Next-> use the dropdownlist below
