Help! Outlook trying to send email confirmation on account that won't work

Hi,

Outlook is trying to send out confirmation that an email
has been received to someone. The problem is that it is
trying to send the information out with an account that
won't work. The account for technical reasons will not
transmit emails (I use my other email account for
sending).

I would like to cancel the send order, but I don't know
how. Can anyone help? I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling outlook, but all the details remain. Ive
tried deleting and recreating the account, but the send
order still goes out.

How do I delete the information on outlook? I don't mind
if it means losing my current emails as they are not
important. I just want it to stop trying to send a
message that can't be sent!
